RETURN ,REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Hey Pilgrim! will accept the exchanging of any merchandise in 2 conditions below
1) Exchanging an item because it is defective.
2) Exchanging an item because customer receives the wrong one.
-We willing to give a full refund and will be responsible for return shipping cost for such case that customer receives a defective item or wrong item that is not in their ordered list.
-Any return ,refund or exchange items must be in the original condition : unworn, unwashed
-The return , exchange or refund request should be made within 5 days of receiving the item,otherwise it is not acceptable.
-In the request please state clearly what you are returning and the reasons why you are returning these items.
-For exchange, state in details which item you want to exchange it with, including size, color and options.
-If you're writing about the defected items, please attach photos. (1 picture of damaged part, 1 picture of item as a whole).
-Please note that Hey Pilgrim! is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
